This is a lease takeover, subject to the acceptance of the file by the agency

To bring during the visit:

1. The "rental application", duly completed and signed
2. Copy of your passport or identity card
3. Copy of your B/C residence permit (if you are not of Swiss nationality)
4. Extract * from the Office des Poursuites of your current domicile (recent, maximum 2 months)

• The original must be produced if it does not allow electronic authentication via the QR code or link attached to the document. It will be returned.

If you have been domiciled at the address indicated on the rental application for less than 6 months, please also attach the certificate from the Office des Poursuites of your previous domicile

1. Copy of your employment contract and the last 3 payslips or income certificate from the employer (specifying the gross monthly salary and the nature of the employment contract)
2. Copy of your civil liability and household insurance or certificate of coverage
