We are offering our beautiful 2-room apartment in the heart of Lorraine, Bern for exchange and are looking in return for an apartment with at least 3 rooms.

Our apartment

• Rent: CHF 970.– incl. service charges (excl. electricity)
• Super location in the heart of Lorraine
• No balcony but access to a communal garden
• The Aare, Migros, Lola, Q-Laden as well as cozy cafés and bars are reachable within a few minutes on foot.
• Very pleasant house community with great neighbors.

The apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple. It is rather less suitable for a shared apartment (WG).

We are looking for

• At least 3 rooms
• Preferably in 3013 or 3014 Bern, but we are also open to other quarters.
• Balcony and/or garden access would be important to us.
