As we are temporarily making new plans, we would like to hand over our home to good hands for one year. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped! From the coffee machine to the sofa to the bed, everything is there that is needed for a cozy life. A private parking space is also already included in the rental price. As well as there is a private laundry tower outside the apartment. Unbeatable location in Spiez The apartment impresses with its central location. Everything is within walking distance here: Public transport: Only 3 minutes on foot to Spiez station (perfect for commuters!). Shopping & everyday life: Migros, Denner and a pharmacy can also be reached in just 3 minutes. Recreation: In 15 minutes you can take a leisurely walk down to the beautiful Thunersee. Who we are looking for: We are looking for a reliable, tidy single person or a couple who will appreciate and care for our apartment during our absence. Non-smokers preferred. Pets are allowed.
