Room in a shared flat

Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate for my apartment in Boltshausen (Weinfelden suburb), or I'm renting out a nice room. Man or woman doesn't matter, available from June 2026 at the earliest. I'm M, 35 years old, working as a researcher/lecturer at the University of Zurich. As a flatmate, I would describe myself as empathetic, funny, willing to compromise, cooking, and in need of rest. The social aspect/community is important to me in a shared flat - not just a community of convenience. I live alone, but every other weekend (currently from Saturday to Sunday) my kids come over and stay here. Price: 750 francs/month - all-inclusive (see below) Room for rent: 16 square meters, with large built-in wardrobes Private bathroom (=2 in total), large living area, kitchen, garden, garage parking for car or possibly outdoor parking Internet and utilities (such as heating, electricity) included Obligation to help with garden maintenance, specifically: mowing and trimming the lawn every other month during the summer half-year.
