Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a successor for my shared apartment room from mid/end of December 2026.

I am studying physiotherapy at the ZHAW and will be doing internships outside of Winterthur from next semester, which is why I will unfortunately be leaving the city.

The apartment is rather small but has everything necessary for everyday life. It is an uncomplicated and respectful three-person shared apartment.
In addition, the apartment includes a small garden or terrace that can be shared.

The location is very central – Winterthur main station can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot, as are shopping facilities, cafés, and public transport in the immediate vicinity.

The room is rented unfurnished, however, I would be happy if you could take over my furniture for 200.-.

The successor must fulfill the WOKO rental eligibility, which means being enrolled at a college or university.
