Conditions of use * The studio is intended exclusively for living and staying. * It cannot be used as an administrative domicile, registered office, commercial address or address for financial or banking procedures, nor for requests for credit, loans or debts from institutions. * It cannot also be used as a professional address or as part of an employment contract. * Subletting is offered only within the framework of respectful and peaceful cohabitation. 3\. Location * The accommodation is in an excellent location. * A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. 4\. Sought profile * We are looking for respectful, clean, calm and responsible people. * The accommodation is suitable for people who primarily wish to sleep, rest or work from home. * Whether you are unemployed or in professional activity, it does not matter. * Women and men are welcome. * All nationalities and all origins are welcome, in respect of the rules of the accommodation. 5\. Duration * Minimum rental duration: 4 months. * Possibility to extend the rental for a longer duration, depending on needs and the agreement of the parties. 6\. Non-smokers * The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. * Smokers are therefore not accepted. 8\. Cleanliness and respect * The studio and the building are very clean. * We are looking for clean, respectful and pleasant people, in order to maintain a good atmosphere of cohabitation. 10\.
