Room in a shared flat

Hi there :) We are currently looking for a third roommate, ideally a woman between 20-30 years old, as unfortunately it didn't work out with our male roommate and we think a woman would fit in better with us. The rent is 700.- every month on the 25th. 2 months' rent as a deposit should be transferred with the first rent. A one-time payment of 100.- for wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, all kitchen utensils (water cooker, microwave, dishes, pots, etc.), sofa, shelf, cleaning supplies, etc. would also be required. Everything else, such as garbage bags, etc., we will regulate separately among ourselves, and you will get more information about that if it comes to that 😊 We are very tidy and clean, and you would definitely have to be too, otherwise it won't work out. As you can see, the apartment is still quite empty, so we would be happy if you could also contribute a bit to create a nice home for all of us. You have a large, bright room with built-in closets, so you have a lot of storage space and can save on a closet ;) You would share the bathroom with your roommate Nina, while my two cats and I are in the small bathroom. My roommate would sell the bed frame for 300.-, the price is negotiable, the bed is only 2 months old. (Without mattress) 140m-200m About us: Nina is a young, hardworking, lovely woman who is always at home from Monday to Friday and is usually out and about on weekends. She goes to bed early (21:00/22:00) and we take that into consideration as much as possible, and we would be happy if you could too :) Her boyfriend comes over from time to time, hopefully that's not a problem for you. In general, we have visitors from time to time, and your visitors are always welcome, for us all the same rules apply. I'm Medina, the main tenant, and I have two cats, Kayla and Oskar 🐈🐈‍⬛ I hope you're an animal lover, not allergic, and can handle that they live with us, and maybe even play with them or feed them sometimes when I'm out of the house. I work 60-80% in the nightlife, which means I'm often at home and work mostly on weekends and in the evenings. We place a lot of value on respect, communication, and cleanliness. I have almost no rules, we all live a bit past each other, but when we meet in the kitchen or on the balcony, we like to talk together. We smoke, mostly I do, you don't have to smoke to fit in with the shared flat, but you have to accept it.
