Room in a shared flat

ONLY FOR WOMEN!! For my very centrally located 3-room apartment in Kloten (Kreuzung Zum Wilden Mann), I am looking for a female flatmate (preferably a non-smoker) starting immediately. The tenancy is indefinite and should not be less than 6 months. 2 of the 3 rooms will be sublet, however only to ONE single person. The location is perfect for female commuters, flight attendants, or airport staff. Several bus stops are practically at the doorstep; buses run every minute. The airport /OPC is reached in only 3 min.; the HB main station can be reached in approx. 15 min. Many shopping facilities and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the 1st floor; an elevator is not available. A small cellar compartment is also included. There are no parking facilities directly at the house. Pets are not permitted. The apartment is available immediately; the deposit is 1 month's rent. Since I am a part-time flight attendant and commute, I am rarely on-site; thus, you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time. Interested?
