Room in a shared flat

Right next to the Hirschengraben, in 5min at the station and in 10 walking minutes at the Aare. :) The room is in a 4-person WG on the fifth floor with a lift at the very top of the building. The room is approx. 13.5m^2 in size and has a normal skylight, as well as a cool roof window. (A second larger room (18m^2) will also become available in mid-September) The apartment has two bathrooms, a large cozy kitchen and a huge living room with a hammock, Cheminée, home cinema and much more :) From the living room, you can enjoy a nice breakfast on two small balconies with a view of the Gurten. Since we are the only inhabited apartment in the building, we have our own laundry room with a tumble dryer in the huge attic, which also belongs to the apartment. Additionally, we have a bicycle cellar and a wine cellar. We are looking for an open-minded, enterprising and uncomplicated person with whom one can occasionally drink a beer or tea, chat while eating, or go swimming in the summer and drink mulled wine at the Christmas market in winter. We place great value on cleanliness, which in a WG means that you don't just look out for yourself but think ahead independently ;) We are currently two people, but will hopefully soon be four again :) Rafi 37 is an environmental scientist and comes from the Berner Oberland. He can often be found on the rock or on touring skis and tries his hand at slacklining and acroyoga from time to time. But he also likes to sit on the balcony and play something nice on his guitar. My name is Severin 36, studied mechanical engineering, but has been working as a landscape gardener for a year and originally comes from Luzern. Also a passionate mountain climber. Most of the time I go climbing or bouldering (in winter a lot at Bimano, where Rafi can also regularly be found :) in winter ski tours, fly a paraglider or occasionally jump out of a plane. I like to spend my evenings dancing (Salsa, Bachata...) and enjoying life to the fullest. Together we repeatedly have living room raves, with flowersticks, handstand sessions and dancing, or cozy chatting in front of the open fire in the Cheminee in winter :D We are a colorful and fun-mixed group, all independent and also needing our personal space from time to time, but enjoying living together and spontaneous chats, dinner or occasionally a party/rave :) We are super uncomplicated, open and sleep like bears in winter, so that you don't have to whisper already at 10pm or be afraid in the morning that you might wake someone up.
