3 ½ rooms apartment

Looking for a roommate (in zona moncucco) from 15.10.2026 I am a 29-year-old guy, I work in shifts and I am an active and sporty person. I am looking for someone for the second available room in the house: obviously all common areas are shared and accessible. To the price of 800chf, the expenses of 200chf must be added, which include all other monthly expenses (laundry, cleaning materials, electricity, billag, heating, internet, house insurance, furniture that gets worn out, netflix, disney, etc... everything included in the additional 200chf) The minimum stay is three months. I am looking for respectful and quiet people, with whom to share a serene environment. The only extra expense concerns personal needs (groceries, personal hygiene products and your food) For those interested, I would ask for a personal description (hobbies, for which period you are interested, profession, etc...) if you do not respond to these requests I will not respond...
