**About me:** I am Emanuel from Winterthur, 22 years old and studying law at the Uni Bern in my soon-to-be third semester. In my free time, I am active and do sports. I like having peace and quiet for studying, but I also value mutual exchange. Furthermore, I very much enjoy playing – cards, board games, or other things. **WG daily life:** * Harmonious coexistence and open communication regarding shared rules are important to me * Order and cleanliness in the common areas are a matter of course * Cooking and daily activities are mostly individual, but together on occasion * Guests are welcome after prior arrangement * A stable, long-term WG constellation is important to me * No smokers **Room:** * 10 m2 in size * Window facing northeast * Unfurnished **Location and public transport:** * Bern city center quickly reachable * 4 minutes walking to Bahnhof Kehrsatz Nord * 4 minutes walking to Coop and 9 minutes walking to Lidl * Train to Bern every 15 minutes (until mid-October every 30 minutes), travel time approx. 13 minutes **Apartment and equipment:** * Kitchen with dishwasher and freezer * Large shared living room * Balcony * One bathroom * Washing machine and dryer in the cellar * Cellar compartment **Availability:** * Basically from 01.09.2026 * Alternatively from 01.08.2026 or by arrangement
