Room in a shared flat

Since I am moving out, I am looking for a replacement tenant for the 2-person shared apartment.
You would live together with Lukas, 27, scenographer and set designer. We are not a purpose-driven WG, we like to do things together sometimes, but also allow each other space to withdraw.

The location, the room & the apartment:
The apartment is located in the heart of Küsnacht ZH. Train station, Coop, Migros and a pharmacy are reachable within 3 minutes on foot. The lake is 5 minutes away on foot and offers a beautiful promenade and a popular beach and meadow in summer.
The room is approx. 11m² in size, bright and unfurnished. During the viewing, another room currently used by Lukas as an office can alternatively be discussed for rent. The apartment has a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a large roof terrace. The washing machine is located in the bathroom and the tumble dryer is located in the stairwell.
Costs:
The rent is 670 Franken per month (including service charges). The deposit is 700 Franken.

• you already have experience living in a shared apartment
• you speak fluent German
• you do not own pets
• you are not a weekly resident*
