Room in a shared flat

From 1 October, a furnished room with its own bathroom will become available in our maisonette shared flat. The furniture can be taken over cheaply if interested. The apartment extends over two floors with an open living/dining kitchen and conservatory. Your room is located on the 1st floor directly next to the private bathroom, so you have your own area. We share the kitchen. A real highlight: over 40m² of outdoor space with a large terrace and covered seating area. In summer, this is where people grill, have breakfast, and hang out. Perfect for relaxed evenings or an after-work beer with a view of the greenery. **Location:** It could hardly be better: directly vis-à-vis from the Metalli shopping center, even directly connected to it via an underpass through the garage. Zug train station and Zugersee are each approx. 5 minutes walking distance away. **About us:** We are Julius (26, management consultant) and Lucas (28, founder of an AI startup). Our interests are football, swimming, running and good food.
