I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful old building apartment - right near Oerlikon and Uni Irchel. Only unlimited rental agreement sought! Here are the key facts about the apartment: Number of rooms: 3 (No statement in square meters possible) Price: 870 CHF/month (including ancillary costs and internet) Shared laundry room and dryer for shared use. Other costs that arise (e.g. SERAFE) are shared or purchased alternately! Kitchen with enough storage space and a dishwasher. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Built-in closet in the entrance. Parquet and cellar compartment available. Generally bright and spacious apartment. Your room: Offers a lot of space! Big bonus: The old building charm of the living room is the highlight! A TV and a table with chairs is also included. Note: The apartment is due to the year of construction bright and not soundproof! No balcony, but an inner courtyard within the neighborhood. The location scores with immediate proximity to the Berninaplatz tram stop (Tram 51/10) and is not too hectic despite being close to the city. The ideal place for all who study or work nearby! Ideally, you are between 27 and 35 years old and a student. You are a tidy, uncomplicated, open-minded and responsible person who actively participates in and maintains communal living.
