Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new female/male flatmate for my central and yet nature-surrounded Art Nouveau apartment. The apartment is located in Schaffhausen (Breite), with the Schützenhaus bus station 5 minutes away. The main station is a 10-minute walk. You can reach Zurich in under 40 minutes by train. I am looking for someone who appreciates beautiful living, a cozy home, a quiet living environment, and the surrounding nature. You should be between 25 and 35 years old, ideally already with WG experience, and a harmonious coexistence should be important to you. You contribute to the shared cleaning plan, or we can organize a cleaning lady together. You are respectful, open, and honest coexistence is just as important to you as it is to me. I am Natascha, 31, and work as an IT Project Manager. I commute to Zurich two days a week (Tue/Thu). On the remaining days, I work from home. I like doing yoga/Pilates, taking care of my plants, I love cooking, I go to the gym, and I most enjoy spending time at or on the water. Also sometimes in the nearby KSS or in the Rhine. Recently, I have also discovered my love for e-bike tours in the beautiful Schaffhausen surroundings. Just as important to me as having a conversation once in a while, doing something together, or a film, is that everyone has the opportunity for retreat and peace. The room will be rented on a limited basis for the first three months. After that, we can look together whether we want to convert it into an unlimited contract. The apartment is fully equipped; the room itself can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
