**Partially Furnished Room with Private Bathroom in Spacious Apartment – Oberweningen (8165)** I am a 64-year-old woman looking for a responsible and friendly person to share my spacious 120 m² ground-floor apartment and the monthly costs. The person currently sharing the apartment is leaving, so the new tenant’s name will be added to the rental contract. The private room includes: * A bed * A small desk * Space to bring your own wardrobe or cupboard You will have your own private bathroom with: * Shower * Washbasin * Toilet Shared areas include: * Fully equipped kitchen * Comfortable lounge and living area * Outdoor patio * Communal washing machine in the building The apartment is fully furnished and situated in a quiet countryside setting. Oberweningen train station is approximately a 5–6-minute walk away.
