Room in a shared flat

Hey!

I'm leaving my room in Zürich 8004 and looking for someone who would like to make it their home long term.

It's a bright, fully furnished room in a 4-person shared apartment, very centrally located with public transport, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everything you need close by.

The room comes with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. My favourite part is the little workspace by the big window — there’s lots of natural light and a surprisingly green view for being this central in Zürich.

There's also a large park nearby, perfect for reading, relaxing or just getting outside for a bit.

The apartment has a shared kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven and dining table, a shared bathroom, and washing machine + dryer available in the building.

You would be sharing the apartment with Lara (20), Anya (45) and Maurin (26). We’re open to any gender and looking for someone who wants to stay long term.

CHF 1,400/month – heating, electricity, utilities and Wi-Fi included
Deposit: CHF 1,400
Move-in: 1 October or 15 October
Contract: Long term
Important: the agency requires a valid Swiss permit and payslips from the last 3 months.
