**Furnished room in spacious 130m² flat, 5 min from Oerlikon station – CHF 1,600 all included** Hi everyone, I am looking for a new flatmate to sublet a fully furnished room in a beautiful and spacious apartment in **Zurich**. The room is available **as soon as possible**, ideally from **1 August**. The initial sublet period would be around **3 months**, but with some flexibility if needed. **The apartment** The apartment is approximately **130m²**, fully furnished, and very comfortable. It includes: * 2 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms * a large living room with an open kitchen * a small internal balcony * a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer * fully equipped kitchen and common areas You would share the apartment with me, so we would be **two people in total**. **Location** The apartment is located in **Zurich Oerlikon, 8050 Zurich**, in a very convenient and well-connected area. It is about **5 minutes on foot from Oerlikon train station**, with excellent connections to Zurich HB, the city center, ETH/UZH, the airport, and many other areas of Zurich. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, gyms, and public transport are all nearby. The exact address will be shared privately with suitable applicants before arranging a viewing. **Rent** The monthly rent for the apartment would be **CHF 1,600 per month**, including rent and utilities. **Who I am looking for** I am looking for someone clean, respectful, reliable, and preferably quiet, but also friendly and easy to live with. Ideally, I would like to share the apartment with someone responsible and considerate, creating a relaxed and worry-free living atmosphere.
