From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are renting this commercial space in the beautiful Hofgut.

Hofgut Gümligen is centrally located, well connected, and yet possesses a certain idyll!
Hofgut is equivalent to an oasis in space and time. Thanks to the prudent care by the Board of Trustees, the estate presents itself today as a unique ensemble of a park landscape with historical and modern buildings, implemented in a harmoniously successful connection of old and new.

With Hofgut Gümligen, the builder, Beat von Fischer, who also had Schloss Gümligen built, created a cultural asset of inestimable value in 1741. One of the most significant Baroque buildings in the Canton of Bern awaits you. The complex includes a corps de logis consisting of a main house with subsequent west and east wings. The main house is centrally located between the park and the courtyard. Striking features are the small bell tower called the "Clocheton" on the roof ridge, the dominant staircases from the park, and the "trompe l'oeil paintings" on the north facade in the courtyard.

After numerous changes, the complex came into the possession of Mr. Hans Rufener-von Camp in 1933. At that time Director of Carba, later Delegate of the company and Honorary President, he donated the Hofgut in 1978 to a patronal foundation of the Carba Group. In 1998, the Carba Foundation—newly founded by the Board of Directors of Carba Holding and endowed with a generous financial contribution—became the definitive owner of the Hofgut Gümligen complex.

In the historical buildings, various rooms are used as modernly furnished conference rooms. However, the actual economic basis for the foundation consists of an office building erected in the eastern part of the park in 1999, as well as another planned building intended for the same use. With the funds generated thereby, the foundation fulfills the demanding task of preserving and maintaining the entire complex.

The measured economic use of the existing buildings with stylish office, work, and service rooms, as well as the rental of office rooms in the new buildings, is also permitted by the foundation in order to meet the wishes of the former donor:
