We are offering our cozy old building 3.5-room apartment in Zürich, Kreis 9, for exchange. It has 67 m² and costs 1600 CHF rent. The apartment is superbly located in the greenery near Triemli. Entire apartment parquet, bright kitchen with glass ceramic, small bathroom with bathtub, green balcony facing an inner garden. The apartment is an old building and therefore also has the lower rent. However, everything is unlimited. We are looking for a single person or a couple, preferably no families as it is a house where sound travels easily. Keeping pets would have to be clarified with the administration. We are a married couple without children and are only looking in the districts 8045, 8055, 8048, 8047, 8003 or Unterengstringen/Schlieren Limmatseite.
