3.5-room apartment for takeover

I am looking for someone to take over my 3.5-room apartment. Since I will be abroad for a longer period of time soon and do not yet know exactly when I will return, I would like to hand over the apartment.

The apartment was newly built in June 2025 and features modern and high-quality equipment, including V-ZUG appliances, washing machine, tumble dryer, and oven.

Location & Surroundings:

• Migros, Spar, OBI, gym, lake bath, schools, and much more are reachable within a few minutes' walk.
• Bicycle cellar available.
• Underground parking space possible subject to availability.
• Outdoor parking spaces in front of the house can be rented from the municipality.
• Direct train connections from Niederhasli station every 30 minutes to Oerlikon (approx. 10 min.), Hardbrücke (approx. 15 min.), and Zürich HB (approx. 20 min.).

Takeover of items:
If required, there is the possibility to take over various pieces of furniture and other items in the apartment. Details can be discussed upon interest.

The apartment can be taken over by arrangement, ideally as early as possible.
