Hello new roommate, We are Gabriel (29) and Jonas (27), two students at the OST and looking for the right person for our 3-person shared apartment. Starting immediately, the middle room is available. What we value: \- Shared cooking evenings or game nights \- Humorous and respectful interaction with one another \- Order and cleanliness \- Not a Zweck-WG (not just living together for convenience) \- Preferably German-speaking (ideally Swiss German) What the apartment offers: \- Kitchen \- Separate dining area \- Living room with TV \- Balcony with table and lounge for cozy summer evenings \- Bathroom with bathtub, WC, washbasin as well as a separate washbasin outside. Ideal for a shared apartment \- Washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use \- many plants ;) Wardrobe, bed and desk can be taken over by arrangement. Price by arrangement.
