Room in a spacious house in Brunnadern: living centrally with space for retreat
In the village center of Brunnadern in the Neckertal, we are renting out a room in my father's house. We are looking for a reliable person who appreciates respectful, clean, and uncomplicated coexistence.

Who you will live with
My father is an older, communicative gentleman and former field service employee. He enjoys going for walks and hiking, working in the garden, and reading the Bible.
Conversations are welcome, and eating together occasionally is certainly possible, but there is no expectation. The large house offers enough space for an independent life and personal retreat. Christian faith is important to him. A similar attitude would be nice, but mutual respect is equally sufficient.
My two cats, who are mostly lived outdoors, also live there, and my father takes care of them. Mahalo and Agapi. Agapi is extremely happy about people who give him pets.

Room and common rooms
Your room is located on the ground floor, through the hallway opposite the house entrance, and is well soundproofed. The bathroom with a shower on the first floor is shared. The second bathroom on the upper floor is available if needed; the bathtub may also be used.
My father has an irregular sleep rhythm and is occasionally awake at night. Due to the location and insulation of the room, there is good spatial separation.
The living areas will be further furnished in the coming months. In the process, two living rooms will be created.
There is a large patio behind the house and a large garden in front of the house.

What is important to us regarding living together
We are looking for someone with regular professional activity. If home office is part of the work, this would be preferred only occasionally.
Cleanliness and order are particularly important to my father: the kitchen and bathroom must be left clean after use, and the cleaning of the shared rooms will be bindingly divided.
A non-smoking person is preferred. Occasional smoking exclusively outside would be okay. My father wishes for as little alcohol consumption at home as possible.

In the middle of the village and close to nature
From the house, you can reach on foot:

• The train station in about two minutes
• The Volg in about one minute
• The river in about two minutes

Bakery, hairdresser, and ATM are also located in the village center.

Rental conditions
The rental is initially for a fixed term, so that both sides can experience whether living together fits well. A possible continuation will be discussed together.
