I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my 2-room apartment in Dübendorf. The apartment is located at City Center Dübendorf; all daily necessities are within walking distance (doctors, offices, post office, Migros/Coop/Denner). Public transport connections are good, buses stop approx. 2 min away, and the stations Dübendorf and Stettbach are easily accessible. From the apartment, you can reach the stations Stadelhofen or Central in 20-25 minutes, and Zurich Airport in approx. 30 min. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached by lift. The building was core-renovated around 2013 and has very high-quality equipment: intercom with camera, high-quality tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, real wood parquet, underfloor heating, high-quality fittings and appliances in the bathroom and kitchen, sun protection on the balcony, external blinds, sufficient space in the cellar, parking space (60 CHF included in the above-mentioned rent), laundry room.
