3 ½ rooms apartment

Hello, I am considering renting a room in my 3.5 room apartment. The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The future roommate will be able to use all common spaces and the furniture present. I give priority to students or workers who need the room from Monday to Friday.
