1 room single room

Sublet furnished room in a single-family house, available from 1 October (possible move-in from 1 September subject to agreement with the current subtenant). Kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry in common. Expenses included; in case of excessive use of electricity, a balancing payment must be made. Possibility of included car parking. Security deposit: 2 monthly rents. I will be present in the house only on weekends and public holidays.
