I am looking for someone to take over my room in a three-person shared apartment, located in Fribourg, about 300 meters from the station. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, shops, and public transport.

The room includes the small green bed visible in the photos as well as a wardrobe.

The apartment is shared with Léa and Nour. Léa is an archaeologist, very calm and very kind. Nour works in catering and, as we have different schedules, we cross paths little, but she is also friendly.

I am leaving the room only because my partner is coming to settle in Switzerland and we are looking for an apartment to live together. For my part, I felt very good in this apartment.

We are looking for a calm, clean person, respectful of common areas and willing to participate in shared apartment tasks.

The takeover of the room is subject to the landlord's approval. The requested documents are:

• Employment contract
• Extract from the Swiss debt collection register (Office des poursuites)
