Since I am going traveling, I am looking for a reliable person to sublet my bright 2.5-room apartment from the beginning of November until approx. 10./17. January. Top location: 5 minutes walking to Olten station 7 minutes walking to Sälipark and to FHNW 3 minutes walking to the bus stop The apartment has a balcony. Washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the communal cellar. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. In addition to the rent, a flat rate for ancillary costs of CHF 90 per month (Internet/ TV and electricity) will be charged.
