Room in a shared flat

Cozy room with approx. 20sqm directly next to the entrance of our shared flat. Currently we are 2 roommates, with you we would be 3. We have our own laundry tower in the apartment. The large bathroom is shared with only one other person. The location is top - in a maximum of 5 minutes you are on foot at the Oberwinterthur station. The furniture is not included.

Filip and Michel live in the shared flat, both 26 years old and Bachelor graduates in the field of Banking at the ZHAW. Both are very sociable and desire a familial shared flat life, where one does not just live alongside each other. One likes to sit together in the evening, eat something together, play a game or watch something together. At the same time, this is of course not a must. Everyone has their own daily routine and personal space. What is important is simply a relaxed, open atmosphere in which one feels at home and enjoys spending time together.
