The room is approx. 10 m2 in size and is already fully furnished. The equipment includes a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa stool, carpet, as well as a fold-out bed. When folded, the bed is approx. 70 x 180 cm and can be unfolded to approx. 140 x 180 cm. The furnishings can be seen in the photos. Note regarding the photos: Some personal items such as bedspreads, folders, etc., can partially be seen in them. The main tenant, a very nice and helpful pensioner, lives in the apartment, as will the person from the second shared apartment room, which is also currently being re-rented.
