Room in a shared flat

Since I (Frieda, 30) am leaving Bern after 3 beautiful years and moving to my boyfriend in Thun, my cozy room in our shared apartment in Fischermätteli is becoming available. The apartment is located in a quiet street directly by the Könizwald. All around there are many family houses, which creates a very pleasant and relaxed living atmosphere. The apartment is located on the second floor of a small multi-family house. An elderly couple lives on the ground floor and a couple with a cat lives on the first floor. We have a shared WhatsApp group in the house and I have always felt very comfortable and well taken care of here. In addition, the house has a beautiful garden with various seating areas, an apple tree, and grapevines. Especially in summer, it is super beautiful to read cozily there, to eat, or simply to sit outside. The location is one of the highlights for me. In about three minutes you are at the Voi as well as at the tram and bus, in one minute on foot in the forest, and with the bike you need approximately eight minutes to the Bern station. The room is about 12 square meters in size and has a beautiful plank wood floor as well as practical built-in cupboards. I myself never needed an additional wardrobe because I could accommodate everything in them without any problems. Further additional storage space for skis, bikes, etc. is available in the cellar and in the attic. The bathroom and kitchen have been newly renovated. There is no separate living room. **About your future roommates and living together** I am Yari, 27, an open, communicative, and quite tidy person. For the WG, I wish for someone who has a desire for a relaxed, warm, and uncomplicated togetherness. I would find it nice if living together simply arises naturally: sometimes eating an ice cream together, playing a round of ping pong, sitting on the balcony and chatting, or doing something spontaneously. At the same time, I find it just as important that each person has their own daily routine, their own people, and their own personal space. I myself study at the PH and am mostly there during the day. Currently, I am in my first subject internship in a 2nd grade and therefore am currently doing quite a lot of cutting, gluing, and crafting. In my free time, I passionately make music, like being outdoors and in the forest, and once a week in the evening at inclusive football training. Overall, I like a WG life where you enjoy meeting each other, laughing and chatting together, but just as well can simply have one's peace. In addition, Marc (25) also lives in the WG. He works as an environmental engineer at an NGO and is in Bern from Tuesday to Thursday, as his main residence is in Geneva. Marc is a quiet and pleasant roommate. On Tuesdays, he always plays football in Bern and he also likes to cook very much.
