4 ½ rooms apartment

As we're moving to the countryside, we're looking for a new tenant who would like to take over our apartment in the heart of Zurich, located at Europaallee. The apartment belongs to SBB, and the contract will be directly with them. A few highlights of the apartment: \- Master bedroom with 30m2 in size, comes with its own ensuite bath, including a separate bathtub \- 2 Lodges where the sliding doors can be completely opened in summer. You basically win 2 more rooms \- Modern kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment \- Drying rooms and cellar in the basement \- Parking can be rented additionally from SBB Important: The apartment can officially be taken over as of 1.10.2026. An earlier move in during September could also be possible, but it needs to be arranged specifically. As the main tenant, we will organise a public viewing and will then suggest a few people to SBB to become the new main tenants.
