Environmentally conscious construction concretely implemented Thanks to dense construction in wood, minimal excavation, the use of recycled concrete, and reused materials, resource consumption is reduced to the absolute minimum. Already in the planning stage, the direct route with local entrepreneurs is sought wherever possible. The wooden element exterior walls in combination with a wooden shingle facade, sourced directly from the Bachtel forest, create a strong recognition value and ensure a balanced living climate. Simple – with all comforts The wooden construction is created using the innovative TS-3 solid wood ceiling system. This technology replaces concrete ceilings with wood. On the interior, the materials used remain visible. The breathable wooden walls and ceilings are contrasted by the visible anhydrite floor and the carefully designed kitchens and bathrooms. To minimize electrical wiring, wireless switches are used. The PV system on the green roof provides electricity for the heat pump and household needs. To promote flexible and sustainable mobility, a sharing e-bike is available. View of the greenery – right in the center An inconspicuous flower meadow directly by the Wildbach, not far from the Spiralenkreisel, becomes the eye-catcher for our latest project. Two 2½ room and two 3.5½ room rental apartments are being created at Kemptnerstrasse. All apartments are oriented with a continuous balcony towards the Wildbach and offer an unobstructed view of the greenery.
