Room in a shared flat

I am Laura, 34, and will begin my Master's in Sport Science at the Uni Bern in September. Therefore, I am looking for a subtenant, a weekday resident, or a flatmate for my beautiful apartment at Holligenstrasse in Bern.

The room is my previous home office room, 12.18 m² in size and will be rented out unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is already furnished and can, of course, be used. This includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of Schloss Holligen.

About me:
I love sports and movement, especially dancing, tennis, and cycling. An orderly and clean home is important to me. I therefore wish for an uncomplicated, reliable, and also tidy subtenant.

Parking:
The Blue Zone is located directly in front of the property. If a parking space in the garage is desired, I would still have to clarify this with the administration.
