We are looking for new tenants for a spacious 5.5-room apartment located at Sihlweidstrasse 1, 8041 Zürich.
The apartment consists of:

• 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own private balcony
• 1 large living room
• 1 kitchen
• 2 bathrooms
• 1 additional room, which can be used either as a bedroom, office, walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, or for any other purpose depending on your preferences
• A second balcony connected to the apartment

The apartment is therefore particularly suitable for a couple, family, or group of people looking for a spacious home with flexible room arrangements.
Rent & Deposit

• Total monthly rent: CHF 2,415
• Deposit: 3 months' rent

Important – Main Tenant Requirement
The rental agency requires the apartment to be registered under one single main tenant (Hauptmieter).
The apartment can be occupied by multiple people, but the official rental contract will be signed with one main tenant only.
Therefore, the main tenant must have a stable and sufficiently high income to independently afford the total monthly rent of CHF 2,415 and satisfy the rental agency's financial requirements.
Furniture – CHF 1300
We strongly prefer tenants who are interested in taking over the existing furniture.
All furniture in the apartment is available as one complete package for CHF 1300.
The furniture will preferably be sold together rather than individually.
