I'm subletting my beautiful, fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in the heart of Zurich (District 4). The apartment is available for a fixed-term rental until the end of the year and is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready home in a central location. The monthly rent is listed in the advertisement. Before moving in, the first month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent are required. Die Wohnung ist bis Ende Jahr verfügbar und eignet sich ideal für alle, die eine zentrale und komplett eingerichtete Unterkunft auf Zeit suchen. Der monatliche Mietpreis ist in der Anzeige angegeben. Vor der Wohnungsübernahme sind die erste Monatsmiete sowie eine Mietkaution in Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten zu bezahlen.
