I am looking for a new flatmate starting immediately for my spacious 4.5-room apartment located directly behind the Prime Tower. The apartment is approx. 120 m² in total and features a large kitchen, a loggia, as well as a storage room with its own laundry tower (washing machine and dryer). The room to be rented is 14 m² and features a private bathroom of 3.7 m², which belongs exclusively to your own use. About me: I am 36 years old and work in a school. I have various hobbies such as sports, gaming and painting, cooking, occasionally I also have visits from family and friends in the apartment. My shared flat is politically left-wing and queer-friendly. International flatmates and expats are also very welcome.
