The apartment offers everything your heart desires – stylish herringbone parquet, kitchen balcony facing the lively courtyard, and a bathroom separated from the WC. In addition, there is a compartment each in the attic and cellar and a shared laundry room without a laundry schedule. Quasi a two-room apartment with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and entrance area. **ONE PERSON IS SOUGHT**. Ideally, I would share the apartment with a cheerful female contemporary who appreciates communal living, values a well-maintained home, and has both feet firmly on the ground. The ideal of the WG is a harmonious cocktail of good conversation, shared ethical values, respectful interaction, as well as a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness – not just according to a cleaning plan but also in everyday life.
