TEMPORARY ROOMMATE WANTED FOR 6.5-ROOM MAISONETTE APARTMENT WITH DREAM ROOFTOP TERRACE IN WIPKINGEN!

Living area: approx. 170 m² + 35 m² large terrace

Since I am going traveling for 2 months in October and November, I am renting out my WG room in our 3-person WG from 01. October 2026 to 28. November 2026.

We are looking for someone who would like to become part of the 3-person WG, appreciates a cozy WG life, also enjoys having a dinner, a drink or a movie night – but at the same time respects the privacy of the others. An uncomplicated togetherness and, of course, a clean home are important.

About the apartment & room:
The apartment has 6.5 rooms with 3 bedrooms, a spacious south-facing living room with large sliding glass doors and balcony with a view over the city, an office compartment, two bathrooms (you will share yours with one person), a kitchen and a large private rooftop terrace with a view over the city.

You would occupy the entire upper floor in our maisonette apartment and thus, in addition to your bedroom, also have your own small living room available. Both rooms are furnished as seen in the pictures.

Underfloor heating, fireplace, induction stove, grill, two refrigerators & freezers, electric blinds and sun awnings, built-in wardrobes, own dryer & washing machine, own cellar, additional storage space / pantry and a communally used garden

About the location:
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the tram stop Wipkingerplatz (3min), bus stop (Rosengartenstrasse, 5min) and various shopping facilities (Coop & Migros, 5min). Wipkingen station is approx. 10 min away. You are also in 5min at the Limmat by Wipkingerpark and in 10 min at Käferberg.

About us:
Originally, I, Jan (30), Elena (28) and Raphael (29) form the WG. Elena will also be traveling during this time, which is why you will be living together with Raphael as well as another temporary roommate (Alex, 28). In his free time, Raphael likes to do sports (gym, surfing, snowboarding, tennis etc.) or is on the go, be it a weekend in the mountains or at a festival, a city trip, or enjoys good food or the odd drink in the restaurants, bars and clubs in Zürich. Alex moved from Athens to Zürich a few days ago to start a position as a resident doctor at the Universitätsspital Zürich.

What we would wish from you: you are...
