3 ½ rooms apartment

Family-friendly apartment in Höngg The apartment is located near Heizenholz station in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. It is quite spacious for a 3.5-room apartment with 110 m2 and has a wonderful layout. The apartment is located on the high ground floor, which we have always found very pleasant. The general laundry and drying rooms are accessible without a plan and are usually empty. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find the Quartierhof Höngg and the Obsthaus Wegmann, a farm shop where local products can be purchased. The proximity to the forest was always a special advantage for us, as we enjoy nature and like to go for walks. Many children live in the neighborhood, who often meet to play. The apartment itself has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower tray. The kitchen is wonderfully laid out and, as a hobby cook, has left me with no wishes unfulfilled. I am looking for: A more central apartment with at least 2.5 rooms, as I will be working in the city soon and, as a cyclist, would like to live closer to my workplace.
