Room in a shared flat

Hey :) I am renting out my room in my pilot/flight student shared apartment for the period from 01. October 26 to the end of December 26. The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet in the second row in a residential area in Seebach. Info about the room: - 12.5m^2 - bright due to a large window - furnished (+ one wardrobe in the dressing room) - double bed (1.40m wide) - on the lower of the two floors of the apartment About the apartment: - 4-person WG - Two floors - WC downstairs, 2nd WC and bathroom with shower/bathtub upstairs - Extra room with several built-in wardrobes - Balcony with grill - Washing machine - Cellar room available for bicycle - WLAN/ Internet included in NK The Seebacherplatz stop and the nearest supermarket are approx. 2 minutes walking distance away. It is approx. 15 minutes to the airport by bus. To the LAT it is 5 minutes by bike.
