The room is offered unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished.

Your flatmate
I would describe myself as friendly, open-minded and uncomplicated and am looking for a lovely flatmate with whom one would like to meet up for a coffee sometimes. At the same time, mutual respect for personal space is important to me. I love sports of all kinds (Functional Fitness, CrossFit, Pilates etc.) and am also often on the go.

The apartment is located on Josefstrasse in Kreis 5 – central and yet quiet:

• Josefwiese directly in front of the door – perfect for relaxing or jogging
• Coop at Röntgenplatz and Café Mame only a few steps away (best coffee in town)
• Bahnhof Hardbrücke reachable on foot in under ten minutes
• Tram station a four-minute distance away
• At Hauptbahnhof in 20 minutes on foot
