Room in a shared flat

Attractive flat 10 minutes walk from Zürich HB available from now until 30 November 2026 to share with me. I’m looking for someone preferably in their late 20‘s. I'm 29 years old and work in real estate and building engineering. I'm currently doing also MSc qualifications Real Estate at the IFZ. I've been living in Switzerland for 7 years. I speak German at work and like to learn Swiss German. I do a lot of sports in my free time, above all tennis. I enjoy chilling by the water. My favorite drink is gin&tonic, and I cook rarely.
