Room in a shared flat

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared two-floor apartment from 1st October 2026.

The room is located on the first floor and has direct access to a large terrace shared by all five tenants of the apartment. On the same floor, there are also the shared kitchen and living room, as well as a toilet shared by the three tenants living on this floor.

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a laundry room with two washing machines, two additional bedrooms occupied by other tenants, and their bathroom. The apartment also includes a basement/storage area.
The apartment is well connected to Lausanne: EPFL and UNIL can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by bus and metro.
