• 2 balconies in opposite directions: sun & lake view in the morning, peace & nature on the larger balcony in the evening
• Directly opposite the Au peninsula (nature reserve), ideal for walking
• Kitchen with lake view and dishwasher
• Spacious and bright, remains pleasantly cool even in summer
• 2 bedrooms + 1 office (shared use possible, I partly work from home)
• Only two people in the apartment, enough space for retreat
• Little-used laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines & dryer
• 10 minutes walking to the lake square with swimming facilities, BBQ areas and volleyball court
• Shopping facilities nearby
• Quick access to the highway
• Buses to Horgen & Wädenswil every 30 mins, from there express train to Zürich

About me
Hey, I am Janany, 27 years old. I study Medical Informatics at the ZHAW Winterthur and work 60% alongside it, partly from home. I am rather quiet, open and uncomplicated and appreciate a clean apartment. In my free time I very much enjoy cooking, do Muay Thai, read, go hiking or walking and love cozy movie nights. Besides, 2 cats live with me, quiet and cuddly, and are definitely part of the WG.

What I am looking for
I would like to found a female shared apartment. It is not simply about renting out a room to me, but about finding a person with whom a real coexistence arises instead of a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience). It is important to me that the atmosphere with us is welcoming and relaxing, so that we can both really feel comfortable. Perhaps we cook together occasionally, watch a movie sometimes or sit on the balcony in the evening and chat a bit. Likewise, I also appreciate it when each of us has her own time and her own place of retreat.

It is important to me that you are cat-friendly and a non-smoker. Since I already have two cats, I unfortunately cannot take in any further pets. Otherwise, actually most things fit.
