I am renting out my cozy and furnished 2-room apartment in Zürich-Leimbach from 01.12.16 to 31.12.26.

The apartment is located directly at the edge of the forest and is very quiet. Available are a cozy living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything one needs for everyday life. Dishes and kitchen utensils may, of course, be used. The connection to public transport is good – bus and train are easily accessible.

Important:

• Rental from 1st to 31st December
• Extension by a few days possible by arrangement
• Furnished living and sleeping area
• Kitchen including dishes and kitchen utensils

• Quiet location directly at the edge of the forest
• Good connection with bus and train
• No pets allowed
• Careful handling of the apartment and the furnishings is required

In addition to the rent, a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. This serves as security for damages as well as for missing or stolen items. If the apartment is returned complete and without damage, the deposit will be refunded after the apartment handover.
