Hello, I am renting a room in my apartment located on Avenue Vulliemin. I am often away for long periods, so you would be alone in the apartment most of the time. It has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms (yours and mine). It has a beautiful view of the city and the lake, but no balcony or elevator (4th floor). It is old but very well maintained. Shared laundry room once a week. I am looking for someone who is calm and very respectful of the apartment, who contributes to keeping the apartment in perfect order and cleanliness at all times. LGBT-friendly. Available from August 1st, until December 31st at the latest.
