Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a flatmate in a 105 qm large apartment in the city of Luzern. The room measures 10qm and is furnished (bed, wardrobe, mirror, a table if desired). You have a view of the forest and it is very quiet. All photos were taken in the apartment or on the balcony. Two bathrooms and a large south-facing balcony with a view of Meggen and the Vierwaldstättersee are also included. You may also use the kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, pans, machines, stove, refrigerator, ...), the living room, the bicycle cellar, washing machine and our cellar compartment. Outside there are two fire pits with seating areas, a parasol and a table tennis table. A shopping center is reachable in 10 minutes on foot. The nearest bus is 5 minutes away and in 10 minutes one is at the station with it. About your future flatmates: One room is rented to a father whose young daughter visits us from time to time. My children (son 17, daughter 13) live in the same house in another apartment and attend the nearby school. They eat at my place 3..5 times per week. I work in the agglomeration 4 days per week. We have been tenants in this apartment for 19 years and strive for a sustainable and ecological lifestyle. I decided on a shared flat because the apartment is too large for me economically and ecologically (living space is also a footprint!). For the time being, I do not want to move, because of my children and because it is beautifully sunny, central and very quiet here. It is important to me that we can all discuss how we want to live together. You should not hesitate to do your share of housework, just as we do. Regarding the rental price: From the room size and the apartment rent, it results in 500Fr/month including the proportional additional costs (electricity, Serafe, WLAN and furnishings).
