The room is part of a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a convenient Zurich location. The building is situated directly above a large Migros supermarket and is just steps away from tram lines 5, 13, and 16. Sihlcity Shopping Centre is only a 5-minute walk away, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The apartment is approximately 25 minutes on foot from the city centre or 10 minutes by tram, making it ideal for both professionals and students. You will be sharing the flat with three friendly young professionals, creating a welcoming and relaxed living environment. The rent includes all utilities, including electricity, heating, water, and internet. A professional cleaning service also cleans the common areas twice per month, which is included in the rent.
