In the Lichtfunkenwerkstatt, a special room awaits you: clear, warm, and carried by an atmosphere that inspires and invites you to relax at the same time. On over 100 m², space is created for ideas, expression, and offers that bring people together. Whether you work creatively, design workshops, teach Qi Gong, offer yoga, coach, open sound spaces, or want to develop new formats, this room adapts to your work. You can use it flexibly by the hour, half-day, or full-day and design it freely. Equipment that supports you • The room is versatile and lovingly furnished: • Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, and eye pillows (for up to 10 people) • Large tables with chairs and several small tables • Cozy sofa corner for exchange and breaks • Therapy couch on request Everything you need is already there so you can focus entirely on your offer: • Coffee corner with tea, coffee, and water as well as dishes • Use of all materials and utensils • Cleaning of the room • 1 parking space (additional parking options on weekends) • Toilet in the building Your possibilities in the sublease • 2 fixed days per week (fixed or flexibly planable) • 1 full day per month for courses or projects • Additional use possible flexibly (except during own events of the Lichtfunkenwerkstatt) • Opportunity to become part of the community (e.g., at the monthly café on the last Saturday) • Participation in the Christmas market at the end of November possible • Storage of own materials on site (e.g., sound bowls, workshop equipment) Location and connection: The property is located in a quiet area and is yet excellently connected.
